The Role
Reality Based Group helps organizations understand what truly happens in their customer experiences - so they can make better decisions, improve performance, and reduce risk. As an Outbound Business Development Representative, you'll be on the front lines of bringing that value to market. 

This is a role for someone who enjoys thoughtful outbound work, values relevance over volume, and wants to build real conversations with senior decision-makers - not just book meetings for the sake of activity. 

What You'll Do
  • Prospect and engage new enterprise accounts through strategic outbound efforts.
  • Research accounts and tailor outreach to specific industries, roles and business challenges.
  • Execute outreach across phone, email and LinkedIn to generate high-quality conversations.
  • Connect with C Suite leaders across CX, Operations, Strategy, and Marketing. 
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in CRM tools. 
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and targeting. 
  • Test, learn and improve outreach approaches over time.

Who We're Looking For
  • 2-5 years of experience in and outbound BDR/SDR or similar role.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with persistence, hunting, rejection, and self-directed work. 
  • Organized, self-motivated, curious, and motivated to improve continuously. 
  • Interest in customer experience, research, professional services and sports. 
  • You're outgoing, hungry and enjoy winning. 
Nice to Have
  • Experience selling into enterprise accounts. 
  • Background in CX, research, consulting, sports or services-based sales. 
  • Ability to write clear, relevant outreach that stands without gimmicks. 
  • Experience in restaurant, retail or convenience store industries.
Compensation and Growth
  • $75,000 - $120,000 OTE
  • Clear expectations and transparent performance metrics.
